Any ideas for using over-proved sourdough? I tried reshaping, but as expected, no rise left in it. But now I have an awful lot of dough I don’t want to throw out. I thought trying to roll it into flatbreads on the griddle, but I would love other suggestions (as this happens to me a lot…I tend to forget about my dough…oops!). Thanks in advance!
