Hi Gail! Unfortunately, sourdough doesn't have the same bonus rising power in it that yeasted breads do. If you'd like to try and revive an over proofed sourdough dough, then your only chance is to add more sourdough culture or a bit of yeast and allow the dough to rise again. Happy baking!
