Hi there, Dan! The thought behind it will still be the same, except instead of re-shaping you're just shaping the dough for the first time. Your loaves may not get as much color as usual and you'll want to keep a close eye on them for the second rise, but you can just pick back up with the recipe. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
