Marlene, a shower cap is really only large enough for a 9" x 13" pan, or 2 loaf pans; it wouldn't fit over a half sheet pan or anything similar sized. So go ahead and keep using those cut-up bags; I think that's your best solution. That said, I've found that for covering large freeform loaves the plastic cover that comes on a deli tray is often useful — see if that works for you. Good luck — PJH@KAF
