Looking to give your breads and biscuits a soft top crust? Try brushing them with a bit of melted butter once them come out of the oven, and also store them in an airtight container or bag. Allowing some air to get to them (like with paper bags) will promote a crustier exterior. Also try baking your breads for a few minutes less next time. You can test most breads for doneness using an instant read thermometer. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
