Hi, Linda! We recommend not proofing your bread in your oven if you can help it. If you do decide to proof your bread in your oven, you'll want to remove the bread before preheating your oven, and finish proofing the dough in your kitchen at room temperature. Then bake for the amount of time called for in your recipe. Happy baking!
