Linda December 2, 2020 at 6:32pm When I proof in my oven. Do I leave bread in when it’s done proofing and turn up up oven to 350 degree until done. Also do I subtract the time it take to preheat the oven from baking time. I make apple sauce bread why is it lumpy on the top. Reply
