Hi there, Marcella. We're sorry to hear that you're having such trouble using parchment paper with your bread baking. We might suggest sprinkling some semolina flour or cornmeal on your parchment before placing your shaped dough on the paper. When baking bread this can be quite helpful in preventing sticking.
