You're welcome to give it a shot, Eva. The only drawback is often times the parchment paper doesn't lay flat inside the basket or bowl, and thereby causes the loaf to be slightly misshapen (where the folds of the parchment create an indent in the dough). If you're not looking for a perfectly shaped round, then this is a nice option to consider. Kye@KAF
