This cake is AMAZING. While I'm not a novice baker, I'm also not an expert by any means. I follwed the recipe exactly. I used coffee instead of boiling water and it enhanced the chocolate flavor. It took some time to go through all the steps but the end result was worth it all. This is the type of cake that makes you feel like a rockstar baker. The kind of cake you pay big bucks for at the bakery. SO. SO good. Try it. You can do it!
