I made this cake for Christmas this year with King Arthur's Gluten Free measure for measure flour. The cake was as delicious as it was pretty to look at. All of our guests enjoyed it, even the family members who didn't have to eat GF were raving about it. I will certainly keep this recipe to make again. I appreciated the bakers tips which were helpful as the cake recipe seemed a bit intimidating at first.
