I made this cake for a March birthday and while it turned out lovely and tasted amazing, we felt that it was extremely rich and sweet, it was difficult to finish a thin slice. We always follow the recipe the first time and then we tweak it... I've got to figure out how to tweak this one so that it isn't so overwhelmingly sweet. Looking forward to the new bakealong.
