I just made Gluten-Free Cheesecake Brownies according to instructions on your box . The brownies all came out sunken in the middle (I used a brownie pan, so they are already individual like cupcakes). The edges were cooked -hard and the middle was soft....I used butter instead of oil, also. Does this make a difference? Did I not cook them long enough? They were done or so I thought by testing them. Any idea why this happened? A previous batch I made with your box mix came out perfect...
