Hi Carole, I love using golden flax meal blended with water to replace the eggs in recipes. You can use 1 tablespoon of flax plus 3 tablespoons of water (mixed together and allowed to rest for 15-20 minutes) to replace one egg. Check out full instructions for making a successful swap here.
