Hi I Grew Up In The South Were Every Woman Could Make Biscuits My Mom And Grandma Made Them Every Morning And Cornbread At Dinner Time I Have To Say They Did Not Roll Out Dough They Pinch Out So Much For A Biscuits Perfect Everytime You Are Right About Biscuits Making If You Make Them Everyday You Just Do What My Grandma Said To Do Throw There Together With Flour Self Rising Lard And Buttermilk With Water Turned Out So Good I Also Make My Biscuits That Way With 6 Children And 3 Nephew They Went Fast
