I tend to have had bad luck rolling or patting biscuits, especially on the second set. I often make my own version of "cat head biscuits" by taking a ball of dough and shaping it with my fingers. Not as regular in shape but better quality. Of course, that was before I was acquainted with KAF and all the terrific recipes, blog posts and ingredients. I want 2019 to be the year when I overcome my baking concerns. I'll keep you all posted. Maybe I'll be able to make biscuits with the best of them!
