D. Hovermale September 10, 2018 at 5:01am Lately I've been reading a lot about butter vs shortening in biscuits, & now I'm unsure which to use. What happens if I use 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter? Will that make a tender, flaky, high rise biscuit, or will it cause problems? Thanks! Reply
