Hi Lisa, yes, at the point where you normally refrigerate this dough you can also freeze it. Double up the plastic wrap when storing in the freezer, and allow it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before dividing and rolling the dough. If the dough feels very hard/firm coming out of the refrigerator, give it 10 minutes or so at room temperature before rolling, and keep in mind that it will warm up fairly quickly as you work with it.
