Hi Dori. Good news! This recipe recommends using Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour down in the Tips from our Bakers section. Usually, our recipe will list that option there or in the ingredient list itself, but that flour can replace all-purpose flour in any non-yeasted recipe. Annabelle@KAF
