Sound like a simple way to make the (50+) year old tradition of butterhorns that I make. One exception is Bhorns recipie calls for 1 packet of dry yeast( mostly for flavor) rather than actual rise. I could easily adapt my Bhorn recipie to this galette, instead of rolling out 32 iindividual horns.So glad I read your recipie it gave me an idea. My son takes one bite, closes his eyes and says mmmm mom it's Christmas! That's worth all the effort!
