PJ, This recipe is PERFECT!! I do like Mary Berry's recipes too, but I think yours is better... dough is home made and easy to make. The only change I did was to lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees after 10 minutes. It was getting too brown too fast. Thank you for teaching me how to make it!!
