Hi Karen, smaller loaves will bake faster than larger loaves, so check for doneness around 15 minutes and tent with foil if it's getting too brown. The loaves may take as much as 20-25 minutes to bake through fully, depending on size. If you have an instant-read thermometer, check the internal temperature. It should reach 190°F when it's done.
