At this point, it's difficult to add more water, which it sounds like is what your dough might need. You can try mixing in a few teaspoons of water to see if the dough will absorb it, but you may just need to bake your loaf and see how it turns out. (Bread pudding is a fantastic way to use up bread that might otherwise not get eaten.)
