We like the old school banana date nut bread. I made ours with 84g whole wheat, 60g buckwheat and 91g white flour, roasted walnuts and chopped medjool dates. Pureed my bananas with 2t of my homemade burnt sugar syrup (1:1 sugar to black coffee) and substituted pumpkin pie spice (use it up before fall!) with the addition of 1t of ground ginger. Dusted the top with a mixture of wheat germ and brown sugar. So great with a spread of cream cheese!
