Hi Tom, many of the suggested modifications are expressed in gram weights in the Tips From Our Bakers section on the recipe page, but I will certainly pass along your request to our blog editors to include the gram weights in the blog as well. As far as the rum or bourbon goes, I think you may have to reduce the amount of mashed banana a bit in order to include more liquid.
