Hi, Just a quick note about 1 cup of sugar for 1 loaf of banana bread....not necessary at all. I have a favorite banana bread recipe that I use all the time. It calls for 1 cup of white sugar. I have scaled it back to barely 3/4 cup and it tastes great. Make sure your bananas are really ripe. I also omit the salt. I look forward to trying this recipe. I actually buy bananas and wait for them to get to the right stage to make my bread. LOL ...not the other way around.
