Great recipe! May I offer a suggestion... if you haven't time to wait for your bananas to turn brown, bake them in a 350f oven. Make a few slits in the skins and place on a foil lined baking sheet; bake until they turn black aprox 20 min or so. Not only will you have intensified the flavor and brought out the sweet oils in the fruit, but the consistancy will be perfect. Just sayin' : )
