Hi Heather. No worries, fill the pan 2/3-3/4 of the way up, if you have extra batter you can whip up a couple of tester muffins. The baking time will likely be 5-10 minutes shorter, so just check it about 10 minutes early to be safe. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
