Hi Lois, you can find the nutritional information in the "At a Glance" box on the recipe page. (It's on the right hand side.) We thought this recipe was perfectly suited to the growing trends of healthier eating: you can make it 100% whole grain, and we also include options for reducing the sugar and/or using a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup instead of sugar in the recipe.
