I have to agree with this banana bread being chosen as Recipe of the Year! I have collected and tried many other banana bread recipes over the years. I threw them all out after discovering this version from KA last year. It has become a staple in our home. I love that it works with many variations, includes whole wheat, and that a mixer is not needed! And, by the way, thank you for providing your recipe measurements by both volume and weight! After living in Germany many years ago, I am totally sold on baking with a scale!
