This looks like the banana bread recipe I've been waiting my whole life for! Can't wait to make it (but must wait, because my bananas are green). I've always been a big fan of cardamom in banana bread. Also like it on the less sweet side. And to the person who asked about melted coconut oil in place of the vegetable oil--I do that often and it works great. I think that the way you guys deal with snarky comments represents the gold standard of Internet civility. Extra thumbs-up for that!
