Hi Judy! The frosting was piped on in this ribbon-style manor by using a flat tip in a piping bag. Another option is to simply add small dollops of frosting on with a mini offset spatula. We don't have a video or tutorial of this exact piping design, but we have a great video that includes several beautiful piping designs. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
