Hi Victoria! That's not something we've tried before but we don't see a reason not to try it! The added sugar will likely affect the speed that the dough ferments so you'll want to keep a close eye on your dough. The flavor of your dough will also be a bit different but we don't think it'll be a bad flavor profile. Happy experimenting!
