We're in the throes of the coronavirus shelter in place. No dry milk nor potato flour in the house. Not going shopping for 2-3weeks. I thought I should be able to substitute fresh milk for water and a mashed baked potato for the potato flour. The trick will be how much potato and milk for the proper hydration. Any ideas?
