Hi there! We're sorry to hear that you had a hard time with this dough. One of the most common reasons why a dough doesn't rise is because too much flour is used. To ensure you're using the right amount, we recommend either measuring your flour by weight using a scale, or fluffing and sprinkling the flour into your measuring cup are the best ways to ensure your recipe turns out perfectly. Also, because of the dry weather, we've been having lately we've found that some recipes are requiring a little extra liquid to ensure that the flour is fully hydrated to produce a proper rise.
