Thanks so much for the savory ideas. I made the cinnamon version last year for gifts and it was an impressive, tasty gift. It would be great to try a savory version for gifts during a time where the amounts of sweets can be overwhelming. This recipe is not as complicated as it appears it would be to make. I encourage all bakers to give it a try!
