Love it! My family is from southeast Kansas and I grew up enjoying "French waffle cookies" - a sort of take on pizzelles/galette cookies - they have a high sugar content that makes them almost caramelized when pressed in the iron. Crunchy and delicious! We eat them every Christmas.
