San Francisco has the Blum's Bakery Coffee Crunch Cake. Blum's is gone now but there are some bakeries that still make it. Eastern in Chinatown and Yasuchochi's in Japantown come to mind. It's a spectacular chiffon cake with coffee whipped cream frosting and light coffee toffee crunch crumbles all over.
