Hi Renee, I found lots of Bourbon Pumpkin Pie recipes online, so the bourbon won't hurt the custard, and it sounds like you can just add 2 tablespoons of bourbon without decreasing the liquid. This recipe calls for bourbon in the pie and in the cream!
