Hi Linda, that's a tough one! Unfortunately, all of our gluten-free flour blends either contain cornstarch or rice flour, so wouldn't be suitable for you. I have seen recipes for make-your-own blends that might work for you, but you would also likely need to add xanthan gum, if you wanted to make a recipe like our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe and substitute your own blend of gluten-free flour.
