I have a GF bread machine recipe that calls for "potato starch flour." Huh??? Do you know what that might mean? The recipe calls for 3/4 c potato starch flour, 1/4 c tapioca flour, 2 c white rice flour + other ingredients. Based on this info, would you think this means potato starch? I can't find anywhere to purchase "potato starch flour."
