Hi Donbaker, It's difficult to give you an exact answer because we're haven't tested the recipe you're referring to. After looking at the recipes associated with this blog, it looks like a good rule of thumb is about 46 grams of potato flour for every 360 grams of flour. Again, this is just a guess, and we can't guarantee the results.
