I checked several of my local grocery stores looking for potato flour with no luck! Finally took a chance that the big Asian market would have this, hard-to-find, ingredient. Alas, they had sweet potato flour in 7.05 oz. bag. It is a product of Taiwan. I am going to give it a try in KAF’s Hawaiian rolls. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will work.
