I made sourdough dinner rolls using the King Arthur Flour Company recipe as a starting point.
I didn’t have potato flour, so I just doubled the amount of dry milk.
It’s not completely relevant to this discussion, but I wanted a more sourdough flavor, so I swapped measurements for the sourdough starter and the water.
The family loved the rolls.
