Deborah Harrold November 26, 2020 at 10:43am I don't see how blind baking the crust will help with the crust around the pie. Won't that be nasty? As double baking (blind pie crust, then pie) will lead to all the fat leaving the crust and producing a darkened and dry rim around the pice? Reply
