Awesome, this is what i looking for. My last pie crust stuck to the bottom of my pyrex glass pie pan. I'll try to butter it lightly next time and place it on the very bottom rack. It says to bake at 425 for 40 to 45 mins but everyone I've seen on here its on the 375 temp range. Should I go lower and slower? Its a blueberry pie with double crust...
