Hi there, Wanda! We're glad to hear that your crust came out well on your last pie but are sorry to hear that the filling was a bit mushy. Most often when apple pie filling turns out this way it's can be because the pie was baked too long or there was a lot of liquid in the filling, which can steam the apples and cause them to break down a bit more than expected. We hope this helps for future pie baking adventures!
