Yes, it's a pizza stone! Some of our bakers like to leave their stones in the oven all the time when they bake. It's less of a hassle than moving it in and out of the oven if you use it oven. If you're baking in a metal pie pan, you can even put your pie right on top of the stone to help the bottom to brown even more! Kye@KAF
