Not at this time, Nena, but you're welcome to use glass or ceramic if that's what you prefer and have on hand. You might simply need to bake the pie for longer or embrace some of the other tips outlined here (bake the pie lower in the oven, etc.). We've shared your suggestion to consider including other materials of pans in our testing going forward. Kye@KAF
