My MOM,always used Mirro Aluminum Pie pans, Started all the Pies at 425' for 20 minutes the turned the oven down to 350' for 40 to 45 additional minutes. she used Pie Crust Shields as needed. Hardly ever a Soggy Crust! I still use her pans! My Aunty worked for Mirro.
